Daniel New is a multi-award-winning designer with over 20 years’ experience.
He works together with authors to capture their unique stories and bring their visions to life. He collaborates closely with editors, photographers, stylists and illustrators and has a comprehensive knowledge of print production.
Daniel produces thoughtful and intelligent work for clients who share his commitment to the creation of publications with presence.
His clients include leading cultural institutions, architects, chefs, fashion designers, artists and writers in Australia and overseas.
He was previously art director and designer at Lantern, Penguin Books, where he worked for a decade with experts in food, lifestyle and design. Daniel is now translating this experience into broader digital projects and branding solutions.
Daniel also trained as a visual artist and is a founding member of the Australian Book Designers Association
